Emmanuel holds a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict studies of Makerere University. He has for over ten (10) years worked with Not for Profit Organizations in the area of Human Rights Advocacy and Rule of Law. He has made enormous contribution in the promotion and protection of human rights, building capacity for both state and non-state actors on human rights as well as advocacy on a wide range of issues. He is currently the Project Officer of the Security Sector Civilian Oversight Project under the rule of law and Human Rights Programme of JAP.
