ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This Program on Violence Prevention, Peace building and Conflict Transformation Exchange is implemented by a multidisciplinary coalition of civil society organizations (C entre for Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR) South Africa, Children’s Education Society (CHESO) Tanzania; MIDRIFT HURINET Kenya and Justice Access Point (JAP) Uganda) to foster stability, security, and sustainable development across Africa. This is done through knowledge and experience sharing and mutual skills exchange among young Africans to address the complex and interconnected challenges of violence and conflict. The exchange programme cultivates an interactive community for African peace building and conflict transformation professionals.
The Objective
To contribute to the development of a Regional platform for younger Peace builders to enable them to reach out to each other in solidarity in an increasingly insecure, fragile and fractious conflict-prone Africa.
