He holds an MBA, BBA, PGD (Legal studies), Advanced Dip (Political Ideologies), Advanced Dip (Training of Trainers), Dip (Political Philosophy), Dip (International Environmental Law and Governance), Dip (International Legal Framework on Freshwater Resources), Dip (Research Skills), Higher Diploma in Accountancy, and Dip (Project Management). He is variously certified in International Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law and Constitutional Law. He is an Alumni of Auschwitz Institute of Peace and Reconciliation (Raphael Lemkin Global Seminar on Prevention of Genocide); and co-winner of the European Union Human Rights Award (2014) in Uganda.
