He is the former Vice Chancellor of Nkumba University. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Ethics (Aberdeen ,UK) , Master of Arts in Education (Virginia ,USA),Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies (ATIEA ,EA). He has served on several boards of not for profit making organization including World Vision Uganda.

He is an advocate of the High Court of the Republic of Uganda, He holds LLM in International Chinese Business law, LLB (Hons), and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He has vast experience in International criminal Justice and has previously served as the National Coordinator for the International Criminal Court. He is a renown Ugandan lawyer and The Managing Partner of Onyango and company Advocates law firm. His interests include: human rights, public interest litigation and International criminal law.

He is a professional Teacher and an Expert in community theatre. He is an experienced mass communicator and human rights activist. He is experienced in management and teaching skills at all levels.

He is an experienced community development worker who has worked with in the NGO sector for 10years with particular focus on young people faced with difficult circumstances. He is currently the Executive Director of HUYSLINCI. His area of expertise is in development studies and operational management.

She holds an MBA in management, BBA in marketing with research interest in Non Profit communications, social marketing, resource mobilization and relief logistics in post conflict affected communities.
